How does it work.

Measure 2.5 to 3 grams of Homebrew or two teaspoon into a small coffee cup or a small cafe takeaway cup. Note a home coffee mug would be double of what cafes use.

Heat your choice of milk or alternatives from a microwave or home espresso machine if you already have one.

Pour and adjust to your taste by adding more coffee or liquid.

HOMEBREW partners up with Melbourne Specialty Coffee Roasters to develop different coffee blends for a variety of flavours. The process begins with coffee extraction from commercial grade coffee machines by our lovely barista team just like at your local café. A dehydration process is completed to remove liquid from the extracted coffee, leaving behind soluble coffee crystals. As a result, you just add hot water and milk of choice, if any and enjoy your coffee your way.

In comparison with home espresso machines which lack the pressure needed to create the textured flavour of a café grade espresso taste, our coffee removes the need for any machinery except for a small scale kettle and milk frother unit of choice. Two teaspoons full of the granules will get you started with a quality cup of Joe.
